When you submit your personal information through the process of generating a ticket through any of our online request forms the information provided in that ticket will remain on our servers for approximately 180 days. However, if within that time your information is linked to any third-party dispute or any legal case or action it may remain on our servicers indefinitely. The ticket you submit will be used to document all dates, requests, processes and interactions between you and the D.A.M. staff as they relate to any third party or legal matters.
